For most of my life, I ate “healthily” and exercised consistently. I did what I thought I was supposed to, yet I wasn’t seeing the results I expected. I was frustrated and confused and I couldn’t understand why.I assumed nutrition and fitness was something I should already know. I didn’t think I needed support, and I wasn’t sure it was worth the investment. But eventually, I realised something was missing, not motivation or discipline, but the right information and guidance for me.Once I sought personalised support and gained better knowledge, I finally crossed that gap between doing what I thought was right and doing what actually worked. I looked stronger, felt more confident, and for the first time felt more motivated than ever as I was seeing results.That experience sparked my passion for nutrition so I decided to qualify as a nutrition coach so I could really understand the science behind my results and cut through all the noise in the nutrition space.Today, I focus on providing personalised, realistic support for individuals who feel stuck with their nutrition and health both inside and out. I care deeply about each client’s journey, because I’ve been there myself. My goal isn’t restriction or perfection but helping people navigate and discover what their body needs, so they can feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

One to one chat to explain how the coaching programme works and answer any questions you might have. After this, a more detailed questionnaire will be emailed to you for completion.
I’ll create a fully bespoke nutrition and workout plan tailored to you based on our call and questionnaire. I’ll then guide you through everything you need to get started.
What does an online nutrition and fitness coach actually do?
I provide personalised nutrition guidance, training programmes and ongoing support to help you reach your goals. All delivered online so you can work at your own pace.
How much does it cost?
My personalised 1:1 online coaching costs £100 per month
Do I need a gym membership?
No, plans can be created for home, gym, or hybrid setups depending on what you prefer and have available.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
All nutrition plans can be customised whether you’re vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian or have specific allergies.
Do I need experience with training?
No. All programmes are tailored to your abilities and can be adapted whether you're a complete beginner or advanced.
How often will we communicate?
There is an in app messaging tool which you can use to contact me with any questions or concerns you have. I will always endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Most often the same day or the day after.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
I will review metrics such as weight, steps, physical activity, macros and progress photos to conduct weekly check ins where we can discuss how the previous week went and any areas to work on for the following week. Monthly measurements will also be taken so we can track the progress you're making.
How long does it take to see results?
This depends on your consistency, goals and starting point but with accountability, dedication and a structured plan, progress can often show quicker than you might think.
Is there a minimum commitment time?
To get the full benefit of the programme, there’s a 3 month minimum commitment. Real nutrition and lifestyle changes take time, and this gives us the space to build sustainable habits, track progress, and adjust your plan as you go.
What if I want to cancel?
If you’d like to cancel after the initial 3 month commitment, just let me know at least 14 days before your next payment date. If the request comes in after that window, the upcoming payment may still be processed.
